“All the Wrong Places” wins an Aurealis Award

aasAt last night’s Aurealis Awards bash in Brisbane (part of Contact, the 55th national SF convention) I was honoured to be nominated for two awards and to take one of them home with me. “All the Wrong Places” is a love story that spans the eons, first published in Meeting Infinity, and it won the award for Best SF Novel.

Congrats to all the other nominees and winners, and to the convenors and judges of the award. It’s a fantastic celebration of Australian spec fic. Thanks also to those who did me the great honour of asking me to collect awards for them. Kudos to all!
